These were the first pair of shoes he toddled around in....holding tight onto our hands.
He wore them on the airplane on our trip home from Korea. They have a soft squishy bottom and I can remember the feel of the little souls in my hands as he rode in our laps.
As I was rummaging around...I finally found what I was looking for. The pair of size 7 sandals that I had bought months ago on sale...thinking MAYBE he would fit them by summer.
Here it is only February and they fit him almost perfectly....going to try them out for our trip to see Grammy and Grandpa D. His new sandals look gigantic compared to these little booties!
My little boy is getting bigger each and every day...and will be 3 in just a few short days!!!!

I so remember those shoes......hard to believe that he wears a 7 now and that there will be, sooner rather than later, a new little one to wear Sy's "old" shoes :) Have a great trip and enjoy wearing sandals instead of snow boots!!!!
I remember those little shoes and I also remember all the clothes Mom packed to pick you up. I thought we were going to stay for a month...WOW!! I guess she couldn't decide which cute little outfit to bring you home in. It was such fun dressing you in all those little outfits.
