Happy Birthday.....to my dear friend Amy
When I look at this picture, it seems to symbolic to me. Me and my dear friend Amy....on a stroll together.
We've been "strolling" together for quite some time. For a LONG time actually before our boys were even physically IN these strollers.
We held on tight to each others strength and took an extra long stroll.....a long journey of waiting, and wondering, and waiting some more....to be matched with two little boys...to get their cute little pictures to hold and pass out to our families....to finally bringing them home.
It was a long road we traveled together, some parts of the road were harder than others, but I'm so thankful that we had each other and that we weren't traveling the road to motherhood alone. We could share our fears, our excitements, our "dumb-founded-ness" with each other (like what all do we need from babies r us...what kind of bottles are you buying...what kind of formula...??)
And then I see in this picture two happy mommas...two happy friends....a journey completed.... and a new journey started....
Real-Life MOTHERHOOD!!!
I'm so thankful for you, Amy and that as we are back on the LONG road again for our second kiddos.....we can lean on each other and keep on a stroll'in....until ONE DAY....we'll look back at a picture of us and 4 kiddos in the photo and SMILE.
Happy Birthday Amy!!!!

Totally crying now...
How lucky I am to have crossed your path on the very day my son was born :) You are a wonderful friend and I cannot think of anyone else I would rather "stroll" with than you :)
Thank you for this and all the other wonderful things you do for me and my family. I love ya!!
Cheers to more kiddos, more memories, more pictures, spring and many, many more strolls!!! xoxox
Might I also point out that Sy is completely asleep and Evan is bright eyed and bushed tailed!!! LOL!!!! Is that not the story of our lives :) xoxoxo
What a tribute to your friend Amy. Life is richer with good friends to lean on, laugh with and push babies in strollers with. You are so blessed and to have Amy and I truly believe God planned this friendship from the beginning.
Happy Birthday Amy and thank you for being such a good friend to Sarah. I know you help one another as new "momma's" and fill the need of friendship for Sarah. It is a comfort to me to know she has you in her life.
