Life screams by so fast, doesn't it??

Our blog is all about connecting the dots of daily life....

And helping our long distance family stay connected to us.

I'm not that good at baby books so decided this would be a good place to leave a polka dotted trail of Sy's childhood...

So that 20 years from now, we can look back and see what was going on in the daily life of our little family.

A bread crumb trail so to speak!

You are welcome to drop in anytime and see what we are up to.

Testing...Testing....1.2.3

This was Sy's first trip "Up North" to our beloved spot by Sleeping Bear Dunes...and we really didn't know how it would go. If he would have a fun time and enjoy this place as much as we do...I mean the whole crew, even down to Sam and Nutter Bean...it's by far our most favorite of places to be in Michigan. Well, Daddio might have a few other favorites, but certainly mine and the dogs (majority rules, right?)
My curiosity was peaked to see if Sylas would love with this place as much as we do. Well...pictures speak louder than words here. It filled my heart to the brim when I would see him run a long a trail, or the beach, or just running a muck outside the cabin with a face full of smiles....it was evident he LOVES this place just as much as we do. Maybe even more!

"We're goin' on a hunt, Is it over there? No. Is it over there? No. Where is it. At Me-Me House, can't wait for the next visit in November.

It was evident how much Sy loved the Cabin by the Creek. He shares my passion for rocks, leaves and sticks, stopping to collect a few and he made sure he picked one for everyone in our group. What a loving, sweet grandson. I love you and miss you sooooo much.
