Life screams by so fast, doesn't it??

Our blog is all about connecting the dots of daily life....

And helping our long distance family stay connected to us.

I'm not that good at baby books so decided this would be a good place to leave a polka dotted trail of Sy's childhood...

So that 20 years from now, we can look back and see what was going on in the daily life of our little family.

A bread crumb trail so to speak!

You are welcome to drop in anytime and see what we are up to.

Thankful Thursday {Sunshine State)

Reflecting on our week of warmth and sunshine......I can't help but be THANKFUL.

An lunch date on a sunny porch called the Sunset Grill....with my two main men...Sy and Daddio. It doesn't get much better than that!

Oh...and BARE FEET. Getting to have lunch of milk, fries, chicken nuggets, and no shoes! Now that's a good lunch according to Sylas!

Thankful to see our little munchkin sporting his Cowboys hat again. He wants his Cowboys hat on anytime it's a big sun shiny day...and we had lots of those!
I'm thankful for all the barefoot, setting our piggies free time we had last week.
Thankful for a full week with Daddio by our side enjoying every bit of our days....no telling Sylas "Yep, Daddio went to work today, he'll be home tonite." It was nice to wake up each morning...and the three of us be right there...together. Together.

Thankful for time with Grandma D and Granpda D, Aunt Cake and Uncle Michael. Thankful for the light up the world Sylas gets on his face when he sees them. He truly loves his Florida Fam. Full heartedly.

Games with Grammy D....

 Sandcastles with Grandapa D....
 Excavating with Aunt Cake......
Making sand choo choos with Daddio...

Sandy, warm feet....so thankful for that in the middle of February!

My Son-Shine Kids in the Sun-Shine State. What a fun time getting to squish your toes in the warm sand in February, a winter month for most of us. So glad you had a good time.
