A little more to share about our big Easter Celebration last weekend....We took Sylas to the local farm store to see the baby chicks and ducklings. It was so funny so hear him imitate the chirping sounds that were coming from the big tub full of chickens. He is a pretty good imitator of specific sounds, which is so fun to hear. If a fire engine goes by as were driving in the car or if he hears a baby crying in a store...he immediately stops, listens and then echos the sound. Too funny! Back to the baby chicks....the smell emanating from the baby chicken tub brought me back to my childhood days of having "Lucky" the duck and "Henrietta" the little white hen. It's a potent smell, but a smell that evokes so many fun memories of being a wild and free little girl on a farm! I hope that Sylas gets to experience the farm life a little closer someday too...that'll be if we can talk Daddio into it! Come on, whatta say Dad??

You writing about the "farm days" brings so many memories to me. You were an animal trainer, chicken to ride handle bars on tricycles, dogs to dress up and act like a human, baby calves to follow you in the house. I Love It ALL.
